Tell us about your experience at Mari Mi Bridal:
I had the best time shopping for my dress at Mari Mi! It was my first stop and I immediately felt comfortable and had a great time trying on all kinds of dresses with Amanda, my bridal consultant. I found a dress I loved but felt like I needed to see what else was out there, just in case. After shopping at a few other places (not nearly as fun as at Mari Mi) I headed back for my last stop at Mari Mi and back to the first dress I fell in love with (and AMAZING veil)! I never felt pressured or rushed at Mari Mi and I highly recommend it to all the brides I know!
Tell us about your wedding!
Our wedding was on November 20, 2021 at Villanova University. Casey and I met at Villanova our sophomore year in a class group project. While we didn't fall madly in love at first sight, it didn't take long for us to realize we really enjoyed each other's company. We started studying together, hitting the bars with our now-mutual friends, and even registering for the same classes. We became best friends for the remainder of our time at Villanova. Finally, by our senior year, our feelings for each other had gone beyond just being best friends and we started dating. On our five year anniversary, Casey proposed on our walk along the river to our favorite restaurant. Our wedding could not have been more perfect! We spent the day with 200 of our favorite people on a beautiful fall day. Our ceremony was very us - we spent a lot of time laughing and just enjoying being together in the moment in one of our favorite places. Our reception was beautiful and we had the best night eating, dancing, and celebrating! We wish we could do it all over again!
